Eventually my chin went back to normal although it is safe to say that this product is not for me. Please do use the patch test before trying this product and if you are not allergic to this then you have an amazing product on your hands. The process is quick and easy and coverage is amazing. I did write back to Simpler when I got a random marketing email but have yet to hear back. It’s unfortunate as the product itself is great, but the waste of the solution, back and forth and frustrations caused during application is a shame. I really wanted to stick to this but the user experience has been a let down. I have used this product a couple of times and I really like it compared to other dye products. I have sensitive skin and simpler hair products chemicals are not harsh on my skin. This hair color isn't hypoallergenic.

It is easy to use, does not make a mess like some of the other hair colorings, and works very well. You have to determine how long to leave it in based on your specific situation but it is significantly better than all of the other hair coloring options I have tried.
